In Tashkent started initiative project “Green belt”

The Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection of the city of Tashkent, together with the administration of the city of Tashkent, have launched the Green Belt project in Tashkent.

The Green Belt project will be implemented in the Tashkent city highway in two stages, in particular, the first stage in the spring of 2019 (from February 20 to April 20) and the second stage in the autumn (from October 20 to December 20). This project provides for the planting of fast-growing deciduous and acicular trees, adapted to the local climate and resistant to low water.

Within the framework of this project, groups consisting of specialists from the main department of improvement and improvement of management will be formed for subsequent orders for ornamentation and fruit trees and shrubs planted on land allocated to them.
